As a result of the ongoing COIVD-19 pandemic, the following two AIPPI events have been postponed:

The AIPPI Finnish Group has decided to postpone the Helsinki Symposium in May 2020 due to the corona outbreak.

Following the Finnish government’s safety instructions, the Symposium on IP, AI, Data and the Platform Economy – Changes in the IP Landscape will not take place as planned and will be postponed to a later stage. The event will be hopefully rescheduled at a later stage, most likely to take place in 2021.

Postponement of the 2020 China-Korea-Japan Intellectual Property Exchange Meeting

(Gyeongju, Korea)

One of the regular AIPPI China-Korea-Japan Trilateral meetings was planned to be held from June 5 to 7 this year in Gyeongju, Korea. In view of the unfortunate circumstances related to the new coronavirus, it was recently decided that it would be postponed to the next year.

New dates will be decided among the three groups and announced in due course. Attendance to the trilateral meetings is limited to the members of the three groups and invited guests.
